emotional literacy tasks

 fro P.B.L this week we learnt about emotional literacy. What is emotional literacy you may ask, well emotional literacy is understanding and identifying emotions. so for emotional literacy we had to do two tasks the first was sorting emotions into four groups: low energy low pleasantness, low energy high pleasantness, high energy low pleasantness, high energy high pleasantness. And the second was this emotion thing:

Fossil of four legged Whale- a anchenit fossil of a four legged fossil had been found in the ocean the whale has webbed feet meaning it was semi aquatic. Imagine having whale walk around your city. I think this would be cool

Uk's tallest roller coaster stops half way- the uk's tallest roller coaster stooped half way. casueing the passengers having to climb down the structure. thankfully no one was hurt in the event. I think that would have been very scary if I was on it

Rare golden belled monkey born- a rare type of monkey has been born in a zoo. it is the 27 known monkey of that species in captivity. I chose this article because I like monkeys and there one of my favorite animals

MY TURANGAWAEWAE SHOW NOT TELL

 for writing this week we had to use show not tell for my turangawaewae and i cant tell you anything so ill show you it: i have turangawaewae just like you. My turangawaewae is a big place on a country that's 98% submerged. We have cool escape rooms and places of memory, Shoken ground many things have happened here like possums and kiwis. We have lots of endangered animals we are trying to save. Big cities and lots of people, good food and nice beaches. Nice people that live in our communities don’t forget the schools educating our future.

RESCUE MISSION TO ONAWE PA!!!!!!!

 HI its me again i'm talking about math, for math we had to make a route from kaiapoi pa to onawe pa we had to make a direct route to the pa and here is mine: : the route it took 135 km, 1 day, 7 hours, 20 minutes to walk there. The directions go from south to southeast

This is the most direct path to the pa: 56.2 km southeast

PA WARS

 for reading,writing and math we did pa related things. for reading we made a pa then "sold" it using terms from real estate then we had math where we made another pa then worked out the perimeter and area. then in writing we wrote about the math pa.  BYEEEEE!!!

Hi im Cory im here to talk about how bad and fast hunger is progressing.


Did you know that 795 million people lack food or too much of the same thing which causes big weaknesses because they can’t afford a lot of food and some people have too much food and just throw it away when some don’t have enough food to last a kid because poor nutrition causes 45% of children deaths under 5. Experts expect there to be 2 million more people who
will lack food by 2050.


One in four kids suffer from stunted growth which if you don’t know it means repeated infection and inadequate psychosocial stimulation but if you know what inadequate psychosocial stimulation is very bad because psychosocial stimulation is essential for positive child growth but because of world hunger some kids don’t have that.
