fro P.B.L this week we learnt about emotional literacy. What is emotional literacy you may ask, well emotional literacy is understanding and identifying emotions. so for emotional literacy we had to do two tasks the first was sorting emotions into four groups: low energy low pleasantness, low energy high pleasantness, high energy low pleasantness, high energy high pleasantness.
